My motto: The birth of new ideas

The birth of new ideas as figuring out new features that make us rise above earthly things and show us look far behind that look like fog of suspicion and anxiety of the unknown, asking us to dare to change destiny, with courage and disseminates the idea, as the Olympic flame of knowledge, that the world may be different, better, happier, if it is derived ...

It may have been New York last year, but this year the world-famous Debian DebConf11 was held in Banja Luka, between 17th to 31st July, with delegates coming from all over the word. Banja Luka, at least for this period, became the Premier and host of the IT world and in turn the Republic of Srpska was formally accepted as being one of the world’s most advanced IT regions.

Debian Conferences are unique, and DebConf11 was no exception, as it popularizes the use of open source software, with its so-called Bazaar development methodologies (at its heart is the motivation of free software projects, the desire for self-assertion and fortifying its personal reputation within groups), coupled with its focus on quality and free use.

The organization and popularization of such events, and the unreserved support of the Government of Republic of Srpska and the City of Banja Luka, is more than justified in these times. That is exactly what distinguishes DebConf11 and the use of open software from similar events taking place around the world and what makes this conference the most important one on the global circuit. Unlike paid software (such as (Microsoft), which now serves our administration and local councils, Linux Debian's free use and development, along with the exceptional security of the software, which because of its feature that is Free and Open Source, everyone can look inside it, makes this software one of the largest IT and educational achievements, realizing the full extent of the human right to maximum development, without limitations (read: free!).
