Professional training for me has a special significance, given that autonomy and EU integration processes create the need for the state to empower and strengthen their capacities in new sectors and new areas. The environment in which we operate has changed significantly in comparison with the previous period. Changes are not felt just at the political level, but also include organizations and influence daily work of all segments of the system in the state.
