Being a professional dedicated to work means skills to isolate and treat each meeting with business partners separately , NOT ALLOWING negative experiences from the past to ruin future relationships. I do not accept that successes or failures of the past affect my current job performance.

When it comes to customer service, I live exclusively in the present. If I manage to recognize a situation over which I have no control, I will try to master it and at the emotional level.
